1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms

You agree not to use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to chemical handling regulations and OSHA standards).

3. Products, Pricing & Accuracy

  • Formulations & Inventory: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.

  • Pricing & Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or formula without prior notice.

  • Typographical Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect specifications, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

4. Billing, Invoicing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, per facility, or per order.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

  • For wholesale, commercial, or Net-term accounts, failure to remit payment according to established invoice terms may result in account suspension and applicable late interest fees.

5. Chemical Handling, Testing & Safety

  • Label Directions: All cleaning chemical formulations must be handled, stored, and applied strictly in accordance with the printed container label instructions and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

  • Surface Pre-Testing: The purchaser or end-user assumes full responsibility for performing an inconspicuous spot-test on surfaces prior to full-scale application.

  • Prohibited Mixing: Products must never be combined with secondary chemicals, acids, bleach, or solvents unless explicitly authorized by the manufacturer formulation guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Premier Solutions & Supply LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of the website or any products procured through the site.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is restricted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, not to exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Severability & Termination
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service without affecting the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
